CORE VALUES
HONOR AS GOD HONORS
Honor God by honoring His people and His leaders. Treat everyone with utmost respect, seeing them as God sees them. See the people that are overlooked but seen by God! We esteem and honor women in ministry and their God given gifts and influence in the Church. (1 Pt 2:17; 1 Tim 5:17; 1 Sam 16:7; Heb 13-7, 17; 1 Thess 5:12-13)
FAITH DICTATES
Be led by faith. Faith dictates, not function or finances. (2 Cor 5:7; Heb 11:6)
GENEROSITY OUT OF OBEDIENCE
Have open hands and an open heart. We desire to be obedient whenever God calls us to generosity. We will always follow His leading and His wisdom when walking out extravagant giving. (Jn 15:4; 2 Cor 9:7; 2 Cor 8:12; Ro 8:1-14)
CONTEND FOR UNITY
Contend to see true unity within the Church. Be wise when engaging this battle against division. Act in grace, truth, love and humility as Jesus did. (1 Cor 1:10; 2 Cor 13:11; Jn 13:35; Phil 2:3; Jn 1:14)
INTEGRITY OF HEART & HANDS
Do all things in the light of God’s presence, knowing He weighs our motives and actions. (Col 3:23-24; Lk 16:10; 2 Cor 8:21; Pr 10:9)
STRONGER TOGETHER
Train up leaders to exercise their gifts, in order to build up, restore and encourage the Church. (Eph 4:11-16; 1 Thess 5:11; Ro 1:11-12; 1 Tim 4:12)
STRONG THEOLOGY, BOLD PRACTICE
Ascribe to Gospel centred theology and are continuous students of the Scripture. However, we will not stop at having strong theology or correct biblical truth, but by the grace of God, live a lifestyle that inhabits and boldly proclaims these truths. Proper theology, in submission to God’s spirit, should always lead to proper doxology and Kingdom expression. (Jas 1:22; 2 Tim 1:7-8; 2 Tim 3:15-17; Josh 1:8-9)
SPIRIT FILLED & SPIRIT LED
Esteem the Word of God in the highest rightful place, but we also believe the Word apart from Spirit is dead. We aspire and exhort a lifestyle of being filled and bearing the fruits of the Spirit of God, while radically following the lead of the Holy Spirit. (Ro 8:14; Jn 16:13; Gal 5:22-23; Acts 16:6; Jn 15:4-5; Jn 4:23-24)
WORSHIP & INTERCESSION
Worship God extravagantly and intercede unceasingly for the Church and His leaders. Extravagant worship invites the presence of God and shapes the spiritual climate. We will have a “whatever it takes” faith to contend for the things of God. (Jn 4:23-24; Rev 5:8; 1 Tim 2:1-6; Eph 6:18; 1 Thess 1:2; 1 Sam 12:23; 1 Kings 13:6; Acts 12:5; Jas 5:16; Mk 11:24)
FREEDOM IS FOR EVERYONE
Be set free, for it is for freedom, Christ has set us free! Healing and deliverance, and restoration and reconciliation is at the heart and vision of our ministry. God’s shallom can touch every area of one's life. (Is 61:1; Gal 5:1; Jn 8:32; Ro 6:7; 1 Jn 1:9; 2 Cor 3:17; Ro 6:18; Jer 30:17; Ps 51:12; Job 42:10; Acts 3:19-21)
LIFESTYLE OF REVIVAL
Walk as Jesus walked the Earth. Bold proclamations of truth and supernatural acts of God overflowed out of Jesus’ ministry and the early Church. Every revival in history was marked with a bold declaration of the Gospel, an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, deep conviction of sin, supernatural healings, deliverance from tormenting spirits and the positive impact on society and cities. We will not stop at the norm, but pursue a supernatural lifestyle of revival. (Is 61; Acts 1:8; Jn 14:12)
