I recently went through the H&D ministry with Anazao Ministries as part of a more profound journey in my life to help uncover and unlock all that God has for me in my life. This journey was more than I anticipated. The journey with Hermann was full of personal revelations, healings, and vital foundational truth reminders. Specifically, I could clearly and fully see my Identity in Christ alone. Not only that, I was able to overcome some deep dysfunction around food and sexual sins that rooted back to my childhood. Lastly, I stepped into a new anointing around my prophetic gifting and felt like I unlocked some generational blessings for me and my family. Our prayer sessions were the highlight of my week. I believe that this pathway has made me a better Husband, Father, and Pastor. More importantly, making the time and space allowed me to uncover things that I didn't realize were afflictions with roots back to my childhood. 3 transformative experiences during my time with Hermann and Anazao.
1. Deep surrender to Jesus in worship and prayer
Hermann created an environment where there was plenty of space to soak and worship the Lord. There was a deep love and surrender in our prayers that allowed the Holy Spirit to drive our time together. The space we created led to transformative healing through Jesus. We were able to work through blind spots I've had in my relationship with God and allow Jesus to transform and renew my mind. I had no idea how much I needed this.
2. Activation in the gifts of the Holy Spirit
This was the most unexpected and cherished result. A true activation in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The prophetic, the apostolic, the manifestation of my own prayer language – It was a true surprise. Prior to this, I’ve affirmed the gifts but have had little exposure and experience. There was such an accessibility in exploration. Through prayer and worship I encountered Jesus in a powerful way.
3. Real practical application to my life and walk with Jesus
I love how we were able to really break down – practically – how to activate the prophetic and what it actually even means. There’s great intentionality on Hermann’s end to allow the power of the Holy Spirit to point directly to Jesus. Since my time with Anazao there’s an ease in my walk with Jesus I had only felt in moments. It’s been a real joy to experience it every day since.

I moved to LA in 2017, after marrying my husband Peter, and we’ve been serving as pastors for our house church since then. When we started our ministry, I was filled with excitement about how God is going to use our family for His kingdom. A few years later, our baby Moses was born and this beautiful boy took over my time and energy. I was hitting my limit as a wife, as a mom, and as a minister, and I felt like I was just doing things for the sake of doing things. I forgot what rest looked like and ‘rest’ became something that was out of reach. When we got reconnected to Hermann and Grace, it was like a Christmas gift from God. Though my husband and I were going through a difficult season due to what was happening in our lives, how they empowered us was more than just a friendship. God was in the midst. When I was very tired from everything, especially being a minister, Hermann and Grace blessed us with their presence and prayer. There is one particular hangout where I got to tangibly feel the Father’s heart through their ministry. Grace sensed how tired and jaded I was and God gave her a heart to take me out to get a massage. She didn’t tell me where we were going and when we arrived at the spa place, I was pleasantly surprised. As I was getting this massage, I felt like God was romancing my heart again; that He sees me and He cares for me. There were some muscles that I didn’t know were giving me so much pain, but as the massage continued I was finally able to pinpoint which part of my body was giving me pain. When we use one part of the body repeatedly, it causes pain to your whole body and eventually hardens that muscle. My body was reflective of my heart condition. I was pouring out without filling myself with the grace of God and that eventually hardened my heart. I wasn’t able to serve people out of love but turned to serving them out of duty. This rotted my heart and my heart needed to be touched by God once again. This event was crucial for me to build a firm foundation that there is no rest apart from Jesus; and all the ministers actually need to learn to rest. This event was more than a physical activity, but spiritual. Through Anazao’s ministry, my physical body and spiritual walk with God has been restored and I thank God for inspiring Hermann and Grace to start Anazao. There are lots of ministers who are fighting for the kingdom of God, and sometimes, God needs to force us to rest because that is the grace of God to strengthen us in His love. We are naturally unable to rest and very good at filling our lives with busyness. What I experienced through Anazao was Psalm 23.
The Lord is my shepherd
I shall not want
He makes me lie down in green pastures
He leads me beside still waters
He restores my soul
If we knew how to lie down in green pastures on our own, we wouldn’t need a Shepherd. God knows that we need to rest physically and spiritually and I truly believe that’s why God gave this mission to Anazao - restoration upon His disciples through rest. This is a beautiful ministry and our family is honored to partner in this.

Grace is one of the few people that I can open up to and be 100% honest. I don't have to worry about my big ugly feelings stumbling her. I don't worry that she will judge the person that I'm having trouble with because God has graced her to be a safe person. She empathizes with my pain as she listens for the Holy Spirit. She is a woman of sound counsel. Not only that, but she is a prophetic forerunner. She uses her gifting to bless the body of Christ by praying and paving a way for others in the Spirit. She fights against demonic forces to help establish people in their identities as children of God but also to help establish them in their God-given callings. She is a prayer warrior, lover of God, a great mom, and a supportive wife. I am glad to call her my friend.
When I think about Hermann, I think about the Fire of God. We first met at a prayer meeting called “Friday Fire”. Even though that was 14 years ago, Hermann still chases after God with zeal and passion. It’s most apparent when he leads worship. He’s in tune and in flow with the Holy Spirit. He carries the heart of David and worships God in an “undignified way”. When he declares things in the spirit, I feel the atmosphere around me shifting. He’s a man of revival. No matter what city he is residing in, he has been faithful to that call.
